How long does a cleaning service estimate take?A cleaning service estimate takes about 20-25 minutes.

How can I get a cleaning service estimate done?The client needs to give us a call to set up an appointment as soon as possible.

Do you charge per hour ?No, we do not charge per hour. We charge per job, that is why the estimate is needed in the first place.

What's the next step after I book my cleaning service ?You will receive a confirmation text message stating your time of appointment and outline of the service you requested . Please make sure you confirm with us to verify your information is correct.

Is your company a pet friendly service and does your cleaning team use non-toxic or organic products?We love animals and are part of our clients as well! We use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean.

Do I need a deep clean?We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. If you have any questions on what that may look like, give us a call or send us a text message or email.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!

When will I be charged?As soon as the job is done we will require full payment. The payment can be made with cash, check, venmo, or apple pay.

What is your cancellation policy?In our cleaning service company we do not do any contracts when we clean your home. The only thing we ask for is to give us 48 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner arriving to your appointment the full price will be charged.

Do you offer a Guarantee?We are very confident in our cleaning service and provide the very best we can. We want our clients to be happy and stay happy with our work. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can in our hands to meet your expectations.

Are there any discounts?Yes, we give a 10% discount for our seniors and veterans.
